  • JGMS works to support Mission Support Test Services, LLC (MSTS) in management center development and implementation, facility and systems conditions assessments, program management and project planning, and infrastructure project support. We recognize nuclear energy is of the utmost importance to our national security and work to secure and streamline systems in place.

  • Our multiple contracts with Los Alamos National Laboratory range in supporting services from programs and systems management support to facility and condition assessments. Our team aids both contractors and federal employees on all-encompassing engineering projects to further support our Nation’s security.

  • JGMS prepares engineering estimates, conceptual designs, and equipment specifications for numerous projects at both the Y-12 Site and Pantex Plant, in support of our nation’s nuclear deterrence policy. JGMS furnishes all personnel, facilities equipment, material(s), supplies, and service for contractual and federal employees for projects including infrastructure integration and replacement.

  • JGMS performs condition assessment surveys (CAS) on all real property assets at all Sandia National Laboratories sites (NM, CA, NV, HI). A total of 7.855M gross square feet will be assessed for deficiencies in order to determine deferred maintenance and repair needs costs, and ultimately help the laboratory reach its goals of securing a safe and reliable energy to support our nation’s nuclear deterrence policy.

  • JGMS supports the nation’s united effort towards a more efficient and reliable renewable energy at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). Here, JGMS performs condition assessments, High Performance and Sustainable Buildings (HPSB) Assessments and Energy and Water Audits to include Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) and Return On Investment (ROI) and life cycle cost analysis. We play a key role in the development of the Site Sustainability Plan (SSP), maintenance management support services, and standardizing and updating NREL’s operating procedures.
